Return Policy

 

At Rhea Costa, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please refer to the following guidelines regarding our return, exchange, and refund policies:

Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 15 days from the date you receive your package.
  • Return Extensions: Need more time to return an item? Please contact us to discuss a possible extension.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned from the original delivery destination, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new, unused condition. Items that appear worn or used will be refused upon inspection.
  • Condition Adjustment Fee: If the returned item is not in its original state, a condition adjustment fee of at least 30% of the product's value will be applied. This fee varies based on the extent of the damage and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping: A return shipping label is provided in your package. We manage all returns using the provided AWB. Returns sent by other shipping methods, including post office packages, will not be accepted. If you lose the original shipping label, you can reprint it from your customer account within 15 days of receiving your package.
  • Custom and Altered Products: Products that have been altered at the client's request, made-to-measure, or custom-made are not eligible for return.
  • Sale and Promotional Items: Products purchased during our sales or promotions periods are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please ensure that you review your selections carefully during these periods and when ordering customized items, as these purchases are final.
  • Return Fee: A return fee applies to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Return Fees:

    • EU Coutries: €65 per item
    • US and the rest of the world: $105 per item
    • Returns from Romania are free.

    These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. 

  • Deductions for Customs Refusal: If a package is refused at customs by the recipient, we will need to cover expenses related to customs duties and taxes. Consequently, we will deduct 20% of the total product price from the refund due to these costs.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding the return fee. All applicable taxes and duties are non-refundable by us. This is because these costs are paid to your local customs authorities and are not collected by us.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Specific Exchange Details

  • Same Product, Different Size: If you wish to exchange for a different size, please select this option in your customer account.
  • Different Product: For exchanges involving a different product, opt for the store credit method. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue store credit. Any price differences will be adjusted by either refunding the difference or requesting additional payment via a payment link. The return fee is waived for one such exchange.
  • Exchange Limitations Please note that we permit one exchange per item in your order. Any requests for a second exchange will be treated as returns, and our standard return policy will apply. If further changes are needed, we encourage you to place a new order.
