Returns and Exchanges

At Rhea Costa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible:

Return Period:
You can return or exchange your items within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions:
To ensure your return is accepted, please send the items back in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new, unused condition. We will inspect the returned items, and if they appear worn or used, we will not be able to accept them.

Condition Adjustment Fee:
If the returned item is not in its original condition, a condition adjustment fee of at least 30% of the product’s value may be applied. This fee may increase depending on the extent of any necessary cleaning or restoration and will be deducted from your refund. We always strive to keep this fee as low as possible.

Return Shipping:
A return shipping label is included in your package to make the process easy. Please use the provided waybill (AWB) to send back your items. If you lose the original shipping label, don’t worry—you can reprint it from your customer account within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that returns sent via other carriers or post office packages will not be accepted.

Customized or Altered Products:
Since customized, made-to-measure, or altered items are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned. However, if you have any concerns about your custom order, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Sale and Promotional Items:
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your selections during these periods. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help you make the right choice!

Refused Orders Upon Delivery:
If an order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs. We recommend accepting the package and contacting us if you have any issues—we are here to help you find the best solution!

Return Fee:
A return fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. We do our best to keep these fees as reasonable as possible.

Return Fees:

  • European Union and Non-EU European countries: €95 per item
  • USA and the rest of the world: €145 per item
    Note: By law, U.S. citizens are required to provide their ITN/EIN number for orders over $2500.
  • Romania: Free returns

These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Deductions for Customs Refusal:
If a package is refused by the recipient at customs, 20% of the total product value will be deducted from your refund to cover customs duties and taxes. If you experience any issues with customs, contact us—we will do our best to help.


Refunds

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, excluding the return fee. Since taxes and customs duties are paid directly to local authorities, we are unable to refund these costs.

Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Specific Exchange Details

Exchanging for a Different Size:
If you need a different size of the same product, you can request an exchange directly from your customer account. We’ll handle it promptly to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Exchanging for a Different Product:
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please choose the store credit option when processing your return. Once we receive and approve your return, store credit will be issued. Any price differences will be handled by either refunding the difference or requesting an additional payment via a payment link. The return fee is waived for this type of exchange.

Exchange Limitations:
Only one exchange per item is allowed. Any requests for a second exchange will be treated as returns, and our standard return policy will apply.
