Delivery Times
At Rhea Costa, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- EU: 2-4 business days
- Rest of the World: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, but please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
Return Fees:
- European Union and Non-EU European countries: €95 per item

Note: By law, U.S. citizens are required to provide their ITN/EIN number for orders over $2500.
- Romania: Free returns

Customs Duties and Taxes
For EU Countries:
There are no additional customs duties or taxes for deliveries within the European Union. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
For Non-EU Countries:
While we cover the shipping costs, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are payable directly to them upon delivery. If you have questions about potential fees, our customer care team can help clarify the process.
Refusals at Customs or Delivery
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to support you in case of any issues with your delivery.
- Refusals at Customs: If a package is refused at customs, a deduction of 20% of the product’s value may be applied to cover customs duties and taxes we initially paid on your behalf.
- Refusals at Delivery: If an order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, 10% of the total order value may be deducted to cover return handling costs.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping to the United States
For our customers in the United States, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning that all import duties, taxes, and fees are included in the final price at checkout. This ensures a hassle-free delivery experience with no additional costs upon arrival.
If you need to return an item, the process is straightforward. While duties and taxes are non-refundable (as they are paid directly to the authorities), our team will assist you in arranging the return and provide all necessary instructions.

In-Stock Items:
- Preparation Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: The estimated delivery timeline starts from the day of dispatch, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Pre-Order Items:
- Preparation Time: Pre-order items require a longer preparation time due to their unique availability. You will be informed about the specific dispatch date when your order is ready.
- Tracking Your Order: As with in-stock items, you’ll receive a tracking number once your pre-order is dispatched.
