DELIVERY TIMES

Express Delivery Times:

  • EU: Delivered within 2-4 days.
  • Rest of the World: Delivered within 3-7 days.

The delivery timeline starts from the day of dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, starting from the moment your package is dispatched, and should be used as a guide only.

Rhea Costa is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or payment issues, though we will strive to minimize any potential delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Enjoy free shipping on all orders. Please note, however, that return shipping costs are not covered.

Return Fees:

  • EU Coutries: €65 per item
  • US and the rest of the world: $105 per item
  • Returns from Romania are free.

These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Please be aware that failure to pick up your order will be treated as a full return.

Customs Duties and Taxes Within the European Union: Delivery duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries. All import duties are included in your order—what you see is what you pay.
