At Rhea Costa, we offer three ordering options depending on the availability and customisation of the items:

In-stock Items

These items are ready to ship immediately. Simply choose your product, color, and size, and your order will be processed promptly according to the estimated date visible on the product page.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are standard items that are not immediately available for dispatch as they are made-to-order. This means that these items are produced only after your order is placed. Because of their unique production schedule, pre-order items have a different preparation timeline compared to in-stock items.

When you place a pre-order, please refer to the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate of when the item will be ready to ship. Once your order is ready, we will confirm the specific dispatch date via email, ensuring you are fully informed about when to expect your purchase.

Pre-ordering is a great way to secure an item in advance, ensuring that you won't miss out once it becomes available. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prepare your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Custom Items

Bespoke Custom Items

A bespoke item is a truly unique garment, tailored precisely to your specifications for a perfect fit. Starting from €1000, the cost depends on the complexity of the alterations. Each bespoke item begins with one of our existing products, customised just for you. Some examples of bespoke alterations include:

• Adding or removing sleeves to cover or uncover arms
• Adding a train for extra elegance
• Covering the cleavage for a more modest look
• Closing or adding a slit for style and functionality

 

Made to Measure Custom Items

Made-to-measure items are tailored to your specific measurements, ensuring a comfortable and flattering fit. Starting from €500, the price varies depending on the product and size. This service is available for our existing products.

 

Custom Color Items

Custom color items allow you to choose the perfect shade from our extensive color palette to match your style. This service is available for €300. Each custom color item starts with one of our existing products, transformed with your chosen color.

Important Notes for custom items:

• Each customised item will go through an approval process from our production department. The bespoke atelier will assess the alterations, taking into account possibilities, brand image, guidelines, and standards.
• The final price will be communicated to you depending on the complexity of the customisations.
