Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the refund process as simple and transparent as possible.
Refund Method:
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase, excluding the return fee. Please note that taxes and customs duties, which are paid directly to local authorities, cannot be refunded by us.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item and complete a quick quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Return Fees:
- European Union and Non-EU European countries: €95 per item

USA and the rest of the world: €145 per item
Note: By law, U.S. citizens are required to provide their ITN/EIN number for orders over $2500.
- Romania: Free returns
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We aim to keep these costs as reasonable as possible.
Customs Refusal:
If a package is refused at customs by the recipient, customs duties and taxes may apply. In such cases, a deduction of 20% of the product value will be made to cover these expenses. If you face any issues with customs, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Order Refusal at Delivery:
In case an order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs. If you encounter any problems, we encourage you to accept the delivery and contact us—we’re here to help!
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that items be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
We recommend carefully checking the items when you receive them before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging.
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may apply a minimum deduction of 30% of the product price to cover restoration or cleaning costs. In some cases, this deduction may increase depending on the extent of the necessary repairs. We’ll always do our best to minimize any fees.
Returns and Refunds for Items Purchased with Gift Cards
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process for Items Paid with Gift Cards:
If your purchase was paid partially with a gift card and partially with another payment method (such as a credit card), we will process your refund as follows:
- Credit Card Refund: The portion paid by credit card will be refunded to your card.
- Store Credit Refund: The portion paid with a gift card will be refunded as store credit or online credit, up to the value of the gift card used.
Credit Validity:
Any store or online credit issued will remain valid until the original expiration date of the gift card. After that date, any remaining balance will no longer be available. Don’t worry—we’ll send you a reminder before it expires!
Important Notes
- Be sure to use your gift card before its expiration date. After this date, any remaining balance will no longer be available.
- Refunds will always be processed proportionally to the original payment methods used. Any store credit issued must be used within the validity period of the gift card.
