Gift Card Purchase and Use

Purchasing a Gift Card:

• Select an Amount: Choose the value you wish to add to the gift card.
• Recipient Information: Provide the recipient's name and address. You can also include a personal message if desired.
• Single Use: The full amount of the gift card must be used in one transaction.
• Multiple Gift Cards: If you want to buy multiple gift cards and send them to different addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Gift Card Types and Restrictions

Types of Gift Cards:

• Online Gift Cards: Can be used for online purchases.
• In-Store Gift Cards: Can be used only at the store from where they were purchased.

Nominal Use: The gift card is nominal and is intended for use only by the person to whom it was gifted.

Gift Card Returns and Refunds

Non-Returnable: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns of Items Purchased with a Gift Card:

• If an item bought with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited as in-store or online credit, usable until the gift card's expiration date.
• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited after the expiration date.

Mixed Payment Returns:

• If a purchase made with both a gift card and a credit card is returned, the refund will be issued to the credit card up to the amount of the initial payment. The remaining balance will be returned as store or online credit.
